Founder Charles Gibson started his real estate career in 1998 after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.  As an associate with Mohr Partners, Charles dove head first into commercial real estate transactions with a primary focus of representing buyers and tenants.  His role included market surveys, site selection, contract negotiations, vendor management, and more.  


His responsibilities grew as he transitioned into a development coordinator role with Select Realty of Central Florida.  Charles was responsible for securing land development opportunities throughout Florida.  His duties included identifying sites to develop, negotiating purchase contracts, negotiating leases with potential tenants, and selling the packaged investment to pre-qualified investors.    


Charles was later recruited by Adler Management Services based out of Miami, FL to handle the leasing activities for a 1.5 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio located in the Tampa Bay area. The portfolio consisted of 10 office parks comprised of office, warehouse, medical, and retail space. Over a 4 year period, Charles turned around the once failing portfolio and increased occupancy rates from 60% to 95% and positioned the company for disposition at a huge profit.


Nearly 20 years later, Charles has leveraged his real estate skills and has helped hundreds of clients, has leased millions of square feet of space and has successfully negotiated the sale of millions of dollars of real estate.
